While we offer guidance and facilitate your career development journey, we do not provide motivational support. Additionally, our services do not encompass psychological support beyond concepts related to industrial psychology, even though we may explore psychological implications when addressing career challenges. Nevertheless, we are equipped to offer guidance towards external mental health tools and support should you require them and seek our assistance in accessing them.
Not at all. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and career aspirations spanning various industries. Whether or not your career vision is explicitly 'purpose-driven' is not a prerequisite. However, we specialize in assisting individuals who aspire to maximize their potential, not only for personal fulfillment but also for the broader impact they have on their audience, customers, and beyond. In this regard, we strive to cultivate a mindset of purposefulness, wherein individuals understand and embrace their influence within both their immediate and broader environments. Essentially, job search consultancy services are billed hourly at CHF 54.- (five-sessions package, priced at CHF 220.-). This pricing structure reflects the fact that the primary work is completed prior to sessions by clients. During the sessions, we review results together, offer feedback, and provide additional guidance for subsequent steps.
